Creating a new task with each html email

Hello! 

Situation: 

There is an address to which orders come from my online store.

I need to create new task in Jira in the separate project for each order

I am ok with configure this process, but the mail comes in HTML and I have a problem - its unreadable in Jira interface

And another problem is that the mail collector removes it from the mailbox.

Because JIRA uses Markdown as a storage format and it is not fully compatible with HTML.

It is an expected behaviour. As a workaround you can try to configure your mail server to send a copy to some another mailbox.

Am i right, there is no way ( plugins and etc ) to see html emails correct in jira interface? 

Is Jira Service Desk  ok with HTML?

May be there is another way to solve my problem with creating tasks with emails.....
