Creating a Confluence page and linking to it through a post funtion

Dear all,

 

I have used the following link https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/interacting-with-confluence-from-jira.html to successfully incorporate a scriptrunner post function in my workflow which automatically creates a confluence page on transitioning an issue.

 

It seems to be working fine. However, how can i go and pro grammatically add a link between the jira issue and the confluence page?
