Creating Project metrics, Sub-tasks & Charting without using add-on

Just wanted to know, In Jira how we can go ahead to create Project metrics in the PM Dashboard, Sub-tasks and Charting without using any plug-in / add-on.

Can you please advise on this?

Go to the dashboard, edit it and add the gadgets that give you the reports you'd like to see.

We can't tell you a lot more than that - you have not defined what your project metrics are or what you want from the reporting.
