Creating Issues and Comments in JIRA from Email

Hi all,

Please can anybody to assist me?

We have a configuration for example I sent an mail to a specific email address and JIRA creates the issue. Is it possible to do so if this address will be in CC: then do not create a issue, only if in field TO:?

Hi Roman,

This is not possible due to the design of JIRA's mail handlers.
