Hello, I created a support ticket GHS-82627 through Atlassian support and now I am not able to view it. I thought maybe it was a temporary thing. I understand that Atlassian is "no longer accepting support requests through this portal", but why then is that the only place that I can ask?
I found the ticket - this URL should work: https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/20/GHS-82627
However, the reporter on it is not Sergey Syrota. Are you sure it is GHS-82627?

Actually I created the ticket with the "Sergey Syrota" user but for e-mail address I used brian.cook@opticsplanet.com, which is another Atlassian account... I am able to view the ticket with that account.
