Create subtasks at same time creating the parent issue?

Hi,

I know that a certain Issue Type will always have subtasks so I'd like to have the ability to create the subtasks as I create the parent issue - is that possible?

So I go to create my parent issue, fill out the basics (summary, due date, etc.) then I have a section called Subtasks and I proceed to create all the subtasks that will be making up my parent issue. Can I do that?

Create on transition plugin will do this but it is only available in download version :(. See https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/CSOT
