Create multiple JIRA Security Levels automation?

Any way I can create a JIRA security level using any APIs? I need to create a custom Issue Security Scheme for a project with around 50-60 security levels.

Any way I can do it via a script? REST Apis not have a POST/PUT for security levels.

You can do it using the Script Runner add on and add the script to the post function of the create step in your workflow. There are many examples if you Google it.

I am not looking to add a security level to an issue. I need to add security levels to a Project's Issue Security Scheme. Once I have set up the Security Scheme, I can add a particular security level to an issue using a post function.
