Create issue, how to avoid updating Assignee field?

Hi,
I can not find an answer to this question, is there a way to avoid to keep 'Automatic' value for assignee field because I don't want that users select another value?

Hi Jerome,

I would remove this field from the create issue dialog.

Then you can either set the assignee in your "Create" workflow transition or in the project's default settings.
