Create different types of issues via email in Jira onDemand

Hello,

I found the article where is datails about how to create issues from email for multiple projects:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=321848048 and everything works fine, but I need somehow set type of issue I've created (bug, task etc).

The question is how can I set what type of issue I'll create via email.

Hi Natalya,

This is possible, but you have to create a new handler for each issue type - see this doc:
