Create and Edit Dialog without overlay / popup

Is it possible to configure the Jira 5.0.3 to not use popup screens in creation and edit dialogs?

I did not find a way todo this :(

And also: Is there a howto available to create a create issue workflow like yours?

In our company exists a tool whhich delivers crash reports including product, version etc. etc.

We want to provide a possibility to upload this reports and parse the relevant information for an issue.

I'm also interested to switch back to the edit behavior how it was in Jira 4.x. When writing lot of content including formatting into the description field the overlay is less comfortable than a real detail page.
