I've set up my incoming mail server and it says it's been authorised successfully however when creating a mail handler I can't select it from the incoming mail server list, it's just not there as an option on the drop down. Anyone know why this might be?

Did you follow the steps described in this article?
If so and if the handler cannot connected to the server I would reach out to support in your case to get the things checked.
What you could try is to remove the "Webteam" mail server and create it again. Maybe it was not created correctly.
