Create a excel macro to update jira export

Hi ! 

First, i'm sorry for my very poor english (i'am french) :/

I wan't to create an Excel Macro to update (by click on a button) my ticket's extract of my jira filter.

How can i do that ?

For your information , i have Jira cloud on Excel but i want to do a generic macro for all user of my compagny : They must just write their filter URL.
