I would like to know how to let to our clients to see the progress of an issue. At the moment when they post a bug or a question on the top of the page the see request 1, but after the refresh of the page the counter come back at 0 and they cannot see anymore nothing about the issue.
Moreover if the enter in their profile they do not have access to any information.
