Create a Service desk with right permissions

I would like to know how to let to our clients to see the progress of an issue. At the moment when they post a bug or a question on the top of the page the see request 1, but after the refresh of the page the counter come back at 0 and they cannot see anymore nothing about the issue.

Moreover if the enter in their profile they do not have access to any information.

You should use the issue security in Jira, so example what we have for one of our installation is :

Client (Default)
  • Reporter (Delete)
  • Current Assignee (Delete)
  • Group (Achat) (Delete)
  • Project Lead (Delete)
  • User Custom Field Value (Participants) (Delete)
  • Group (jira-system-administrators) (Delete)
