I'm wondering if there's a way to create a linked issue via a workflow using JIRA Cloud without plugins?
Basically, I have a 'Change' Issue Type in progress and want to have a step in the workflow that pops a screen for user input which in-turn creates a new 'Release' Issue Type that's linked to the initial 'Change' Issue Type.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
