Create Vs Resolved Chart is not showing resolved issues

Create Vs Resolved Chart is not showing resolved issues  correctly for one of my projects but it is coming correctly in other project.

I checked the workflow, issue status everything seems to look rite. Please help what could be the issue?

The issue status doesn't have anything to do with it. Is the RESOLUTION field filled in in the project that is incorrect? If not you need to add the resolution field in the transition screen to the status you are using as resolved.
