Create User custom fields

Hi,

What is the easiest way to add custom fields to user profile.

For example I want to add occupation, company, address fields to user accounts.

You can use user properties for this:

Thanks for quick answer, I was looking for ability to add custom fields to user registration form.

Jira has such a powerful mechanism to create custom fields.

I wander if this applies to User objects too?

Unfortunately, it doesn't. Custom fields can be added only for issues.
