Create Subtask unable to show added fields

Dear All,
We need to create subtask ST-Bug in using existing project. I have created issue type, issue type scheme,workflows , workflow schemes, screens, screen schemes, Issue Type Screen Schemes & Field configurations, Field Configuration Schemes.
Existing Project associated with issue type schemes, screen schemes & Fields configurations schemes. But I am facing problem workflow schemes associate with existing project.
I am creating subtask it is not showing all fields in screen.
I need to help.

Thanks for your support. this isssue has resolved. But i am still facing problem existing project add new workflows. how can we add new workflows in existing project?

Again, you need to look at your screen schemes. Your previous question is much the same and you haven't followed up with any more information about what you've done with screen schemes

Hi Deepak, Which fields aren't showing up on your sub task screens? Are they custom fields or system fields? Is this on a screen created by you or on a default screen? Do you have different screens for sub tasks and normal tasks? Best regards, Peter

This is on a screen created own add fields below :

  • Summary
  • Description
  • How to Reproduce
  • Affects Version/S
  • Component/s
  • Date of Testing
  • Bug Severity
  • Defect Type
  • Bug Type
  • Security Level
  • Activity Phase

When i create sub task issue type then it is not showing all fileds it is showing some fields

Hi Deepak,

Did you configure your custom fields to be used for both your normal issue types and your sub-taks issue types? This can be done in the administration panel of your custom field.

It could also be that you didn't select all fields to be displayed in your edit screen (you can click on the button marked configure fields on the top right of your edit screen and select which fields you want to view).

Could you check this out please?
