Create Jira software project tickets using Jira forms (created from JSD)

Hi! Friends,

I'm losing hope here and thinking that there is no solution available to what I'm trying to achieve in Jira.

Problem: 

• I would like to use the Jira forms I created using Jira service desk to collect the information and uses the "Team" custom field to then further create a ticket under a specified Jira software type project v/s creating a ticket under the Jira service desk project.   

Can you please navigate me on how to do this? Also, I have tried all ways, checking the screens, fields, etc BUT I'm still NOT able to add attachments as a field to my form. Would you know what I may be doing wrong here OR check something more apart from screens/fields for the issue type?

Hi, @Yash R ! s an alternative, try add-on Smart Jira Forms, developed by my team.

Using it, you can add attachments as a field to my form.
