Create Issues from customer email, send status updates to customers as their issues get updated

  1. Create Issues from customer email,
  2. Ask questions/ interact with Customer to seek more info from within Jira
  3. send status updates to customers as their issues get updated from within Jira
  4. Track issues customer wise
  5. A customer may have several email accounts from one or more domains or gmail,yahoo etc.

How can the above be done without creating a customer as a paid/counted user?
