Create Issue screen in JIRA 6.1 remaining open

Hi there,

We are currently evaluating JIRA 6.1 and have noticed a random issue where when test tickets are getting created via the 'Create Issue' screen in JIRA, the create issue screen remains visible after the 'Create' button is clicked. If we click 'Cancel' at this point, the ticket has actually been successfully created.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

You might also want to make sure that the 'Create another' checkbox (that you can find before thee 'Create' button) is not checked. Trivial, I know smile

Mary, we will need some more information to be able to troubleshoot this further, like which browser and version does the problem happen, if it's happening across multiple browsers, if you have installed any new add-ons to your JIRA eval instance, logs, etc. That said I'd recommend you to raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com so we can help you get this sorted out.
