Coupling a branch to an issue

Can i couple a branch to an issue in a way that every new commit will attach to the issue even without mention the issue key in each commit comment?

There is no way to do it now. You can have issue key in the branch name but that will only tie the branch to the issue. Not all the commits in the branch. 

Commits are not tied to a branch anyway. And you might come to a scenario where you have a single commit affecting multiple issues. Those are 2 reasons for the current behavior. I'm sure there are more!
