Couldn't remove previous asset/add new one when you clone JIRA, changes lost when you submit Jira

rishikant.sharma December 7, 2019

Hi Team,

We usually clones JIRA which are of same type to save our time. But when you clone, you couldn't remove the previous asset and add a new one.

When you click on remove asset/add asset it accepts changes but when you submit JIRA,  asset changes are lost and previous asset appears again instead of new one.

Please fix this ASAP. This is big problem for us.

What do you mean by "change management Jira"?  Please bear in mind this community is millions of people who use a lot of Atlassian applications, and we really have no way of knowing what "change management Jira" is to you.

My password safe contains access to several hundred different Jira installations, many of which are used for change management.  So I've got no way to know which one you are looking at, let alone how it is configured and where your problem might be.
