Hi All,

We have the exact same error as in the below thread:

I logged a support ticket but haven't heard anything from anyone in 2 days?

So i'm wondering if someone here could possibly shed some light on the issue at hand and maybe provide a solution, if possible, please?

Hi Joe,

It appears you were able to get this resolved on your own.  Was this due to a change you made or did the issue resolve itself?
