I am costing up the implementation of JIRA Service Desk to get approval from our board. I am slightly puzzled by the maintenance/support costs.
The Atlassian Website shows me this;
I understand that 12 months (the first 12 months) are free. What I don't understand is the 24 and 36 months costs. Does the above mean 24 months of cover is $6,000 (ie $3,000 per year). Or does it mean the period 12-24 months is $6,000 (ie $6,000 per year). It reads to me as if the cost is $6,000 per year, as that fits with the 36 months cost. I just need to be sure, because the difference is not insignificant.
