I would like to do a post analysis of our companies bug fixing expenses (e.g. time spent on fixing * hourly wages)

Ideally I would like to display the bug fixing costs on a dashboard and integrate that on confluence.

2.

In a second step I would like to use our historical expenses to estimate the actual cost of bugs and to visualize them on a live dashboard.

You may also be able to accomplish this using time tracking tools like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin/server/overview but I am not sure.
