Correct flow for trouble ticketing?

Hello everybody.

I has developed a web app and i has integreted Jira Service Desk Cloud for create and read the tickets. I has used OAuth 2 for calls Rest Api following the flow descripted here (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/oauth-2-authorization-code-grants-3lo-for-apps/).

My question is:

Is necessary publish my app on Atlassian? My Atlassian OAuth 2 App is util only with my web app, but my web app is a backoffice app and it isn't public.
