Copying the Atlassian Home Directory Folder on Windows Server and getting Errors

Hi

I would like to upgrade my JIRA instance and before the upgrade I would like to take a copy of the Atlassian Home Directory Folder as a backup. My JIRA application server is a Windows 2012 R2. Below is the error I get when trying to make a copy.  Any ideas on how I can make a copy of the folder? Thanks Kathy

It's a known flaw in Windows.  Your choices are to shorten the full file name by moving the directories to somewhere less deep in the directory tree, or to map a local drive into the deep rooted directory locally

(Full file name includes the path - so c:\our data\atlassian\jira\home files\attachments\PROJ\PROJ-1235\request_forgery_protection)
