Copy to Subtask creating blank page after upgrade to Jira 6.3.10

The JCTS copy to subtask is going to a blank page when create button is pressed after upgrade to JIRA 6.3.10

Did you copy the jsp files after the upgrade? The plugin needs the jsp files in the right folders. See installation instructions.

Yes I did copy the files after the upgraded

Noted new folder: __MACOSX  which has

 and for plugins folder

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  228 Jun 22  2013 ._createsubtaskissue-details.jsp

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  228 Jun 22  2013 ._createsubtaskissue-start.jsp

Then the original folder plugins
