Converting trial license to commercial license - JIRA Agile Plug-in

We had previously installed the JIRA Agile plug-in using a trial license.  Since that time, we have purchased a 25 user commercial license for JIRA Agile.  It is unclear as to how we can update the existing license on the plug-in.  The SEN appears to be different and there is no means by which we can edit either the SEN or the license.  Can you please advise on next steps?

Thanks for the fast response.  Unfortunately, copying the license for the addon is not an option.  I'll ping support, thanks again!

You should be able to take the licence key for the addon from your my.atlassian account and paste it into the licencing box for the Agile addon in your list of addons.

If that does not work, then contact support on https://support.atlassian.com quoting both the SEN you see in your account and the SEN the server reports, making it clear which one is which.  They should be able to update you.
