Continuously getting error "Add-on Zephyr for JIRA Cloud is not responding"

I am continuously getting message on screen "Add-on Zephyr for JIRA Cloud is not responding.Wait or Cancel ?". Can someone please let me know how to get out of this issue.

Also my already created tests are not loading properly. Test details are missing.

I think it might be related with the add-on connector somehow.

So, could you please re-do the connection from scratch?
