Hello,
We have been receiving email requests via POP into our JIRA Service Desk successfully for several months but they recently stopped flowing. When we test the connection we see the following error:
Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Connection refused: connect"
Do you have any idea what this might mean and how we can fix it?

Check your host name also update Password.
Or execute "telnet" into JIRA server to see the correct port.
