Connect Jira and Google account

Hi!

I create a webpage. In this webpage login baed on Jira account and Jira Groups. In the login page I want to add Google login. When I click the google login it will connect to google and get authontication details and if it is correct then connect to Jira account and check the email. If email is exist the check the group. Accourding to that i want to access the webpage. No I can login Jira (Using rest api). But I want to login gmail account same as jira. Is it possible?

Here's a video on how the AppFusions' Google SSO for JIRA works. In the configs, you can indeed define specific groups and/or google domains

While this was (is) a mature authenticator (since May 2013) and design, it was revamped Summer 2014 to support Google's latest security protocol (no longer OpenID). There is also a Confluence version of this.)

You can create a custom SSO authenticator to connect to Google or use one of the products out there in market - http://www.appfusions.com/display/GAPPSAUTHJ/Home

If you have g-suite, then you can use G Suite to LDAP Identity Synchronizer

It synchronizes users and groups and allow external (out of domain) gmail accounts.
