Confused of Limits of users and customers

Hello,

we're using Jira Service Desk and Jira Agile Boards/Core/Software. We read that our limit for the smallest license are 10 users for the boards and 3 agents for Service Desk, but how many customers are allowed / possible?

We work for about 200 different customers now but havent the money for the big license

Hello,

Customers do not need a license. You can have them as many as you want. You can read more here

We opened our helpdesk for self registering and then interact with our support. If i get stuck on problems I will get back here.

There should be no license limit for customers accessing Service Desk projects using the Service Desk portal. To have customers access projects that JIRA Software or the internal JIRA Service Desk interface, you need to allocate JIRA Service Desk agent licenses or JIRA Software user licenses.
