Hi, When attempting to create a jira issue in confluence on highlighing text (Quote in Comment|Create JIRA Issue) I get the following error:

The project and issue type you selected has required fields: Due Date. You will need to create your issue directly in JIRA.

How do we go about adding the "Due Date" to this feature?

Heya Warren,

It looks like that the project and type of issue you're trying to create requires that the "Due Date" field be set as the ticket is filed. Given that, we could give a try to:

1) Create the issue in JIRA instead of Confluence

2) In JIRA field configurations, make the Priority field optional instead of required. For more information, you can take a look at this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Fields+and+Screens

Also, we have a feature request to pull automatic fields in Confluence without having to do the operation in JIRA side: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-32019

Hope it helps ya, Warren!

Cheers,

Giu
