Conflict between Issue collector & service desk ?


We're using both services. 

With service desks, we have to create agent to assign JIRA, fair enough.

Strange thing : when I use issue collector I can only assigned someone who is an agent of service desk...and here I'm lost.

If someone can give me the reason or better the solution, would be awesome !

Just to clarify: After you create a Service Desk issue via an issue collector, you can assign that issue to only agents of that service desk. Is that your problem? If so, that seems to be as designed, since only agents of service desk can work on issues for that service desk. In other words, no matter how you create a service desk issue, only agents of that service desk can work on that issue. Does that help?
