Confirmation new installation with license: not possible cause of empty assets

Hi all,

updated to Jira 8.0.2. Got the "License Too Old For Build" information and after clicking on the "enter your new license here" got a page without any CSS/JS - as you can see attached. It's not possible to submit the form.

Any ideas?

Hi,

try to access it via java port (default 8080), probably problem in proxy server. And do you have (new) valid licence?

@Petr Vaníček THX, that was the problem. After disabled the firewall and with the original server-config over Port 8080 it worked fine.
