Configuring SSO while another domain is not configured for SSO

Hello Team,

I want to configure SSO for our atlassian Jira cloud instance.

Currently we have some users that are using domain_x and some of users with domain_y. In case I'm configuring SSO only for domain_x, do users from domain_y still can access the application directly with user/pass ?

Thanx,

Michael

The SSO configuration will only apply to the users with domain_x, even if the user is not using the same Jira Cloud (if your company have multiple Jira Cloud instances).

For the users from different domains, they will not be affected and will continue to log in with previous method.
