hello , i need to link every Project into JIRA to its equivalent in another application is this possible ? thanks a lot

our JIRA project means an advertiser , this advertiser is handeled in different other applications that i would like to link to JIRA , so our data will be centralized the same advertiser will be represented in the hole tools :)
