Configuring Incoming mail handler for Jira cloud version is failed with the below error.

When creating Incoming Mail Handler for jira  Cloud with details as shown in below Screenshot . The connection has failed showing the following error. The same configuration is working well on Jira Server. Any help to resolve this issue is appreciated.

Hi Achyutharam,

If you go to Google's website and follow the steps to Let less secure apps use your account you should be set.

Try that and let me know.  If not please provide your Cloud URL and we'll go from there.
