Hi Cesar,

Use the Default Reporter option in the mail handlers.

With a Default Reporter the sender of the message does not need an Jira account to create issues.

More information about the Default reporter can be found at
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email

But how could notifiy the initial reporter when the issue is closed or the status has changed?.

Regards.

With a default reporter that is indeed not possible to receive updates. To receive notification updates, the initial reporter must have Jira application access and will consume a Jira license. (note: Jira Service Desk supports such a setup https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Managing+customers )
