Configure the look of the Jira / Salesforce Cloud connector Lightning Component view

Scott Berriman January 4, 2019

Can the layout of the ServiceRocket Jira Salesforce Cloud Connector Lightning component be updated?

It doesn't even take up half of the screen that it resides on and is mostly unreadable because of it.

I need this before we switch to our organization over to the Lightning version of Salesforce and that day is almost already here.jiraconnectorlayout.png

Hello @Scott Berriman,

Perhaps you can create a feature request through the following link:
https://ideas.atlassian.servicerocket.com/

Please note that ServiceRocket is not obligated to implement feature requests, compatibility requests and improvements. Rest assured, no feature/improvement request is taken for granted, however, these requests are subjected to the decisions of the product management and development teams and they are prioritized based on community demand, feasibility and effort.

Thanks, I'll submit one.  Although, the current display functionality update seems to be more of a bug fix need than a feature request.

I'm not sure why, but the component is being rendered with the  css class slds-medium-size--1-of-3 on the issue.  If that could be deleted, it takes up the full width and actually looks decent.jiraconnectorlayout-better.png

It is CRAZY that it defaults to the tile over the list view. Everyone HATES the tiles. We need a way to configure this or make the default a User chooses stick because it goes away over time.
