Conditions at each different transition (depending on role)

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Working with issues

We need each role to be able just to make certain transitions,
depending also of which state the issue is in (so, have conditions at transitions)
-> Is that even possible?

If not at this software, version and deployment (JIRA Service Desk Cloud) but at another one,

please tell us which one.

Hi Oscar, 

Yes, that is possible. You can add the condition "User Is In Project Role" on your project's workflow. Just please be aware that since this is a Service Desk project, those users will also have to have agents permissions to transition the issues.
