Hi Team ,
While creating a JIRA ticket , i can't see the component/s section. I tried to see inside the Configure Field-> All I can view only two section checked like 1.Summary and 2.Description rest all are invisible. How to fix this? please help thanks in advance !!
*Note: But i can see the component/s field if i change the project.
Thanks Bhushan & CK for the prompt solutions.
Those fields are missing either in the screen or hide in field configuration. Please see the screen or field configuration.

Read the answer. You need to add the fields to the screen, and show the fields in the field configuration.

Hi Sriram,
You need to check the following:
1. Field Configuration: Check your project's field configuration and make sure the Components field is not hidden
2. Screen: Check the screen being used for "Create Issue" by your project and add "Components" field if it is missing

First "Show" the field in your project's field configuration.
Then you will be able to add it to the screen.
2. I am unable to add the components in the create Issue screen as well.
Are you unable to see the Components field here?
