Completely Remove Agile From Jira

I have installed Agile plugin and removed it from Jira. However it has changed issue types (i.e. Story). I want to remove all side effects of Agile plugin. How can I do that?

After uninstalling the add on, remove all issue types and custom fields installed by the add on. Go google them. They are listed.
