Since the update the other week, our instance of Jira has been setting all the Complete/Done statuses of tickets to "Rejected" instead.
This even extends to items that were closed in the past, If I view them now they all show as "Rejected".
Has anyone had this problem and if so how did they resolve it?
Its definitely not the workflow as I have checked and these have not changed and complete/done items should not end up as "Rejected".
Scratch that, it was the workflow, the update must have merged some of our custom statuses into "Rejected".
Thanks for updating the post to let others know the solution here. In the future, I would recommend when you find a solution like this to instead post an answer to your own question and then accept it. This way the Community site has a better way to track which questions asked have answers and which do not.
