Completed Tasks

Hi y'all,

I'd like completed tasks to leave our team's "Open Issues" queue once marked as "Complete" and "Closed". Our workflow is working correctly but the tasks don't seem to fall off when they are marked as completed/closed. Right now our queue is cluttered with a ton of issues that have been closed. Can anyone provide a solution?

You need to ensure you are setting the Resolution field when closing an issue. Please check to see if that is being done or not.
