¿Como realizar un HeadCount en Jira?

Buenas tardes,

En estos momentos estoy haciendo seguimiento a los tickets de jira en mi empresa, y parte de mis actividades es realizar un HeadCount, es decir, el tiempo invertido en cada ticket por desarrollador entre un lapso determinado de tiempo. Para luego poder descargar esa información a fin de mes y presentar un informe, ¿Existe alguna forma automatizada de realizar el headcout que describo?
