Como eu faço para associar uma empresa cliente ao usuário-cliente?

Utilizo a versão cloud do JIRA Service Desk e não consigo criar um campo Empresa para os usuários-clientes. Como faço isso?

Olá Caio,

Você não consegue. Infelizmente, na versão cloud, não existe como criar campos para a lista de 'Customers'. Você pode fazer o seguinte:

  1. Criar um campo customizado para empresas clientes
  2. E associar esse campo ao ticket

Daí para cada chamado você precisará associar a empresa cliente.
