Hi,
I'm a beginner as a Jira Admin and taking over an existing configuration... (said so you can guide me gentle).
I want all emails sent to customers from Jira Servicedesk to expose the same sender (both name and email address).
Currently the email address is the same for all emails (servicedesk@isymap.isy.se), but the senders exposed name is different dependning on what action triggered the email notification.
Examples:
Action - Exposed sender name on notification email
So... How do I configure Jira Servicedesk to make all external (customer) notifications have the same sender?
