Common sender for all email notifications to customers from Jira Servicedesk

Hi,

I'm a beginner as a Jira Admin and taking over an existing configuration... (said so you can guide me gentle).

I want all emails sent to customers from Jira Servicedesk to expose the same sender (both name and email address).

Currently the email address is the same for all emails (servicedesk@isymap.isy.se), but the senders exposed name is different dependning on what action triggered the email notification.

Examples:

Action - Exposed sender name on notification email

  • Customer submits request via portal - "ISY Map Servicedesk" 
  • Customer submits request via email - "Servicedesk Agent" (that's a named agent)
  • Agent reopens a closed request - "NN" (=the name of the agent who performed the action)

So... How do I configure Jira Servicedesk to make all external (customer) notifications have the same sender?
