Comments hard to navigate

We use the comments boxes regularly, is there a way of being able to navigate the comments more easily.

For example having the comments dedicated to specific tabs on an item?

We currently have 4 Tabs set up within our JIRA items.
Summary
Business Info
Scheduling
Annualised Benefits

We were looking to see if it were possible that if a comment is added for example in the Summary tab, that we could view the comments added just to this tab, rather looking through all comments added for this item.

Does this make sense?

We generally add a lot of comments for each item, so are looking for a way to better navigate through them.
